SHIPPING


IN STOCK ITEMS

Where items are in stock, your product will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within three (3) business days of receiving payment. 


Your order will be sent to you using Direct Freight. Please note, standard delivery can take up to seven (7) business days once it has left our warehouse. 


Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a notification email. This email will contain your tracking number to enable you to track the progress of your order on the Direct Freight website. However, please be aware that it often takes up to 12 hours for a tracking number to be searchable in the system. 


If you are not at the delivery address when delivery is attempted, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your order will be held at your local freight to collect or to arrange redelivery


Please note that currently you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you in advance of the delivery being attempted.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

We offer a pre-order service for items that are due to launch shortly. This allows you to secure a new product and received delivery as soon as possible. 


When you order a pre-order item, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date so you know when to expect your product.Should you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your complete order will be dispatched once all items are in stock.

IMPORTANT

Once you have received your order, please check all items have arrived in working order. Should you have any concerns please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of delivery. Outside of this period, Bambini Prams is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims).

We deliver prams to metro and most rural areas* for free.


*Standard shipping excludes Tasmania and Northern Territory. For these costs, please contact our Customer Service Team.
