TERMS & CONDITIONS -  Reward Deal

1. ADMINISTRATORS 

The reward deal is primarily administered by Bambini Prams Pty Ltd(ABN 30 149 742 950) in partnership with You Studio Photography Drummoyne (ABN 51 606 212 462), and The Fashion Baby & Co Carrs Park (ABN 66 792 442 891).

2. TERMS  

Bambini Prams Pty Ltd, You Studios Drummoyne and The Fashion Baby & Co Carrs Park will be collectively referred to hereafter as 'the administrators', ‘us’ and ‘we’. References to ‘you’ or ‘your’ mean you, the individual(s) registering for this reward deal. The reward deal as outlined in Clause 3 will be referred to as 'deal', 'the deal', 'the rewards', 'the benefits' or, 'the discounts'.  

3. THE DEAL  

The deal comprises of;

a) 20% discount off RRP on any Bambini Pram(see specified end date Clause 8);

b) 10% discount off the total of any online or in store purchase at The Fashion Baby & Co(see specified end date Clause 8); and

c)$850 You Studios gift card which entitles you to; 1x interactive studio photoshoot, a 1 hour viewing with a design consultant and a 10 x 8 mounted portrait of your choice. (see specified end date Clause 8).

4. REGISTRATION DATES

To receive the deal, fill in the specified webform on the Bambini Prams official website here.

To qualify, you must register between 16th July 2020 and 31st July 2020.

5. DEAL RECEIPT

The deal will be emailed to you within 24 hours of registration from an email domain associated with Bambini Prams Pty Ltd. 

6. RECEIPT EXCEPTIONS

Existing customers of Bambini Prams Pty Ltd, The Fashion Baby & Co and You Studios may be excluded at the discretion of the administrators, either individually or collectively.

Benefits from this deal may not be used in conjunction with any other deal with any of the administrators, except when allowed at the discretion of any individual administrator.

Multiple registrations may be excluded.

7. DEAL FULFILMENT

Once you have received your deal details it is up to you to contact, or purchase from, each individual administrator before the deal end dates specified in Clause 8. Your discount or deal codes must be specified at each individual transaction. 

8. DEAL END DATES

End dates, unless extended at the discretion of the administrators, are as follows;

a) 20% discount off RRP on any Bambini Pram -30th September 2020.

b) 10% discount off the total of any online or in store purchase at The Fashion Baby & Co -30th September 2020.

c) $850 You Studios gift card which entitles you to; 1x interactive studio photoshoot, a 1 hour viewing with a design consultant and a 10 x 8 mounted portrait of your choice.   -31st July 2021.

9. PERSONAL DATA AND COMMUNICATION 

As primary administrator of the deal, Bambini Prams is privileged to be trusted with your personal information and will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission. In the case of registration for this reward deal, you agree that we can share your information with You Studio Photography Drummoyne (ABN 51 606 212 462), and The Fashion Baby & Co Carrs Park (ABN 66 792 442 891) for the purposes of information and marketing.

10. CURRENCY 

All prices referenced anywhere in the deal are shown in Australian currency (AUD). Therefore, all reference to ‘$’ and ‘dollars’ are in Australian dollars. 

11. OTHER CONDITIONS

Your transaction(s) with any of the administrators of this deal are also subject to all other Terms and Conditions outlined on the website, or purchase agreement, of the administrator with whom you are dealing.
